What is my email and password for accessing to Memeber Control Panel?

Please use the email address and the password you entered when registering with Dental Practices Online to gain access to your Member Control Panel.


I forgot my account username/password. What can I do?

If you cannot remember your password, simply go to www.dentalpracticesonline.com and select client login.  Click on Forgot your password enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.


How do I update my Credit Card details?

In your Member Control Panel select My Account and then from the drop down menu click on Manage Payment, enter your new Credit Card details and click on Update My Card to finish.

Please Note - All charges for your website will show on your credit card statement as PAVONA Pty Ltd.


How do I view my previous transaction?

In your Member Control Panel, select My Account; and click on Transactions, all of the payments you have made to Dental Practices Online will be listed here.

Can I cancel my trial website?

Yes you can.

If you wish to cancel your trial period you may do so at any stage by logging into your Member Control Panel and selecting My Account  and click on Service Cancellation.

If www.dentalpracticesonline.com has been instructed by you, to acquire a Domain Name during this trial period and you then decides to cancel or terminate their account during that 30 Day Trial period, a  $50 AUD administration charge which will be applied to your credit card.


Will I be charged when I cancel my account?

 

There will be no extra charge for domain setup by www.dentalpracticesonline.com, however if you, decide to terminate the month by month agreement with www.dentalpracticesonline.com within 12 months of sign up, then there will be a $50 AUD administration charge which will be applied to your credit card.


How do I cancel my account?

Log into you member Control Panel and select My Account and click on Service Cancellations.

Complete the form and send your cancelation request.
